To copy a site use the following steps:

1. Go to your Portal and browse to the folder that contains the site that you wish to copy.
2. Click the 'select for copy' link next to the site you wish to copy.
3. Browse to the placeholder you would like to copy the site into or create a new personal placeholder.
4. Click the 'Copy xxxxxxx here...' link.
5. In the dialog panel that pops up choose the options you desire and click the 'Copy >>' button.
